Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) has finalized certification process of Be-103 light multipurpose amphibian aircraft. Be-103 aircraft received Chinese type certificate No VTC173A that allows starting aircraft delivery to the first customers in People's Republic of China. Be-103 aircraft was developed in compliance with АП-23, FAR-23, JAR-23 aviation regulations and has Russian normal category type certificate. In 2003 aircraft was certified by norms of the USA FAA and in 2005 received airworthiness certificate in Brazil. Currently, talks on amphibian aircraft delivery to the other foreign customers are being held.
