"LIMA-2005" International Navy and Aerospace Exhibition was held in Malaysia, at Langkavi island from 6 to 11 December 2005. Beriev Aircraft Company participated in this exhibition. At the exhibition Beriev Aircraft Company presented data on its current and advanced projects, in particular on the following: Bе-200 multipurpose amphibian aircraft, Bе-103 light amphibian aircraft, Bе-112 and Bе-101 amphibian aircraft. During the exhibition a number of meetings with delegations from the South-East Asia and European countries were held. An interest was taken in Bе-200 and Be-103 amphibian aircraft usage in the countries of region. Information on International Exhibition and Scientific Conference on Hydro Aviation "Gidroaviasalon-2006" taking place from 6 to 10 September 2006 was also arranged at Beriev Aircraft Company exposition booth. On the whole, "LIMA-2005" exhibition showed increased interest of aviation industry and air transport specialists in hydro aviation and perspectives of its development in South-East Asia.
