August 10, 2010, Be-200ES amphibian aircraft (RF-21512) of Beriev Aircraft Company was flown by Beriev crew to carry out fire-fighting operations close to Cheboksary. It will support the air group of Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in this region. Currently, Be-200ES airplanes of Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations are often used for forest fire-fighting in Russia.
