On June 27th, 2007 BERIEV Aircraft Company (JSC) stockholders' meeting took place.
After approval of annual report and annual accounting control as well as distribution of the 2006-year profit, BERIEV Aircraft Company stockholders elected new members of the Board of Directors, composed of 9 people, namely:
Evgeniy Ageev - Deputy Director General on cooperation with government authorities and corporate development of "SUKHOI Company" (JSC);
Oleg Demchenko - President of "IRKUT Corporation" (JSC), Director General - General Designer of "A.S. Yakovlev Design Bureau" (JSC);
Dmitriy Eliseev - Vice-President on corporate finance of "IRKUT Corporation" (JSC);
Kobzev - Director General of BERIEV Aircraft Company (JSC);
Vladimir Koval'kov - Director General of Irkutsk Aviation Plant - affiliate of "IRKUT Corporation";
Natal'ya Konstantinova - Deputy Director General on economics of "SUKHOI Company" (JSC);
Alexander Medvedev - Senior Vice-President of "IRKUT Corporation" (JSC);
Vladimir Prisyazhnyuk - Deputy Director General on corporate relations of "SUKHOI Company" (JSC);
Vladimir Chirikov -Vice-President on corporate economics of "IRKUT Corporation" (JSC).
During the stockholders' meeting it was approved to alter and supplement the Articles of Association of BERIEV Aircraft Company (JSC). The following documents were approved in a new version: "Statute on BERIEV Aircraft Company Board of Directors", "Statute on Director General and Scientific and Technical Council of BERIEV Aircraft Company" and "Statute on Joint Stockholders' Meeting of BERIEV Aircraft Company".
Large deal on transferring the non-negotiable non-interest bearing notes of BERIEV Aircraft Company (JSC) to Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Rosoboronexport" was approved.
